FM Nation on MTV

I was just watching FM Nation, and the show had this really...hmmm i guess you could say loser on the show. It was so fucking funny, he liked some girl from his church who he had been friends with for a year. So he calls her up and asks her if she wants to go out for some ice cream. They get some and go to like a makeout point over salt lake. Then he gives her a bunch of roses, and pulls out these two ships which he calls "friend ships". He gets into this speech how they have been friends for a while, but there is another ship in the harbor, a "relation ship". By now the girl is just freaked out, and then he pulls tickets out for a cher show. She ended up saying no, and just wanted to be friends. Oh yeah on the ride to the icecream parlor he was asking her if she likes to kiss boys, and was asking her if she liked some guy that asked her out.

man oh man this guy is just so sad!! he really boosts my selfesteem. I was cracking up so much during the show. HAAHAH

and then there was this 18yr old banging blonde who had never kissed anyone. Shit if she went to my school she would of been so loose you could.....i dunno something.....like fit your head up in her.

rofl I saw the commercials for this episode, when I heard him talking about the "friend ship" and another boat in the harbor I just knew I couldn't watch it because I would feel too sorry for the guy that he has to be embarrassed on national tv like that. I watched other episodes they usually have like a set of friends who are hot girls and they go to clubs and get naked and shit. One time it was a really stupid one about these 4 girls who were in the one girl's jeep wrangler, they went "muddin" which was going out into a field and riding in circles and somehow the girl driving breaks her car and all this smoke is coming out. girls are fucking stupid.

that's what i hate about college and mtv. it's like everyfuckin thing revolves around mtv. all the bitches are always talkin about what happened lastnight on cribs, the real world, etc. they should make mtv like it was back in the day. i mean it's called music television for petes sake, not reality televsion.

Its not that everything revolves around MTV, they just have some cool shows. You cannot tell me that cribs is not entertaining. I have to agree though, they never just play videos anymore....and they used to have MTVX but its fucking rap now@*(#)@*(*)(@&*)($@&)(*$* WTF!!!!!!!! MTV is more like a channel with shows geared towards 15-20 or something like that than playing music videos anymore. You cant tell me some of the shows on MTV arent entertaining to watch though.

This is true. He does.

MTV is about one thing, making money. That's why they don't play videos anymore. For some fucked up reason they recieve better rating showing whatever crap is on these days. You know behind the hip teen pop image on MTV is a bunch of 40-year-old executives doing whatever it takes to bring in the "bling bling".

exactly thats the only reason why they dont play just videos anymore....damn it i dont watch that much MTV!!!

You see, I find that funny as well. But then I remember that guys like that are serious and I always wince when they inevitably get shot down. I mean, the guy was trying to make a symbollic speech and is then mocked by millions watching the TV.

Maybe I'm just being a pussy, but... Meh, poor bastard. ?:( ?Just watching that guy have the piss taken out of him is kinda harsh, despite its funniness.

As for the MTV thingamajig... MTV is a slum. While I do enjoy some of their shows, it still goes to show how desparate the fuckers are. They have absolutely nothing to do with music now. There is MTV2, but I even find that lacking sometimes.
