New Subquestion:

Is it better to agree on a rough design BEFORE contract signing (finalised later)

OR

Add a "get out" clause to the contract so if after the design, we cant aggree on it, I get paid a reduced fee for my time, say 25%.

OR

Design and hope they keep it, however, if they dont, charge no fee?

this one time i spent fucking like 40 hours a day working on this company's site and they were gonna give me a measely 800 bucks and i'm like whatever money is money even if i'm being supremely underpayed. ?so i work my fuckin ass off goni through like 409313089 revisions and on the last day i'm like "this site is a fucking masterpiece" and i show it to htem and they're like "here we changed our mind we want to completely throw away everythin we have and start over, take a look at this powerpoint presnetation it shows you what we want" and so naturally i ask for more money and you know what HE SAYS NO. ?so i'm like FUCK YOU COCK POLISHER and i took the site design and reworked it for my own site and didn't let them have shit. ?assholes.

Prices:

?250 for:

? 10 major page website

? Moderate image work

? Design of the site

? 3 draft copies of the site from which moderate changes can be made

? Setup of the site on the host. Including the set up of up to 10 email accounts for staff if provided

? Full source files for pages, images and other content, with notes if any have been made, on a CD

Additional Features:

? Each additional major page: ?25

? Each additional draft: ?15

? Large or Major image work: ?50

? Other tasks will be a evaluated on a situational basis

Will work with any hosting company

Can provide advice on hosting solutions

prob better just to lay down all the rules before you even start freelancing or you could come up with a lot of probs and/or inconsistent pay.

Believe me, thats what I will be specifying heavily in the contract. And inconsistant pay may result in lawyering the fuck out of them.
