well the movie is sweet and better than part 1

Yes, it's a great movie. There are still few things that annoy me. For example:
Spoiler warning
1. Aragorn falling to the river, thought to be dead and surviving. PLEASE! Can you imagine any more overused clich??
2. Gimli is used too much as a comical relief. A bit of comedy to lighten up the atmosphere is welcome but when it concentrates solely on one character it gets annoying.
3. First the ents spend days arguing if they should go to war and decide against it. Treebeard then is able to change the decision on a spontaneous whim.
There are more this kind of things. I don't care if the movie differs from the book but they could have at least planned the changes better.
HATER OF THE RINGS!!!!!!!!
HANG'M FROM TEH GALLOWS!
/crazed fan boy
In the opening scene with Frodo and Sam, that part to me seemed really not right, like it too commercial or cliche'd or something, I can't put my finger on it ;x

Although you naturally are entitled to your opinion I don't understand how you can call the movie "bullshit". Changing the book's storyline a bit isn't a bad thing by itself; I can for example understand that they made Arwen's role bigger and having her leave for the harbor isn't such a big deal. What I'm pissed about is that they made some of the changes sloppily and caused few gaping plot holes.
well i rekon it suxed. 3rd one must be better tho, mebe like that :D
lol ss is big nerd

Tolkein wrote books, not movies. The Aragorn falling over the cliff crap was retarded. It adds drama sure, but it ruins the #### movie, since all it does is lead to more Arwen bullshit. That crap did not need to be in the movie, and really added nothing too it. Liv Tyler seemed more like a lovelorn teenager then a celestial elf. Faramir was butchered horribly for the sake of suspense. His scenes in the book were boring, so they tried to make the movie more entertaining by having him be far weaker then his brother.
The gollum scene was however exceptionally well done. I mean...REALLY well done. It was hillarious, and covered the inner conflict which his character has very well. All the battle scenes were incredible. Innovative fighting, and legolas is so the man.
Anything that was changed from the books was done so because it would have been boring, or not as entertaining if they hadnt. The movie was amazingly entertaining, though they could have cut down on the love scene crap. What they could have done abit better is restore faramir's character, and follow the book abit more in terms of the ent's council, and other such things.
The ents council seemed rushed, but mebe thats because it seemed so long in the book
