well when i was in high school i used to get paid to go to school.
really. 500 pesos a month to go to school. which is like the spending equivalent of US$30. but directly converted it's only US$10. i hope you understood that.
now that i'm in college i work as a tutor for my old high school.
my contract ended on sunday, and even though I only worked 22 hours since christmas, I am hopefully getting my foot in the door. And some experiance.
I applied for a job over the sumer which would have me out of country 35% of the time in developing countries (prolly southern asia) where I will be auditing QC labs to assure that slave labour doesn't mean shitty dangerous products. Well, for us white people I mean, as I will only be checking export manufacturing plants ;0

Today is my last day at my $9 an hour shit job. I work at a temp agency, where my job is to put up with shit from losers looking for jobs and my mentally-retarded boss, who is the biggest narcissistic loser I have ever met.

A little bit of both.
right now i work with the local parks and rec department. i help plan events, carry them out, whatever needs to be done. fortunately we have doods to pick up trash (not me). i do office stuff, too.
this summer i should be getting an internship thru school with either Wachovia, Bank of America, the City of Charlotte, Duke Energy, PNG, PCA International Inc., The Hearst Corporation, TIAA-CREF, Compass Group, or Charlotte Pipe and Foundry. To tell you the truth i'm not sure what most of these companies do minus the banks, duke, and charlotte, but i figure for $16 an hour i'll do whatever they ask. most likely it will be computer repair or hardware type stuff u noe. i'll still be working for the parks and rec department, too.
if the internship doesn't pan out for some reason i'll admin the basketball camps this summer at the sports and fitness center. parks & rec 4 lyf
