fr0d, you go through some seriously crazy physical changes.
First I remember you being chubby, then ripped, then chubby, then ripped.
Yea, it's usually correlated to how much sex I'm getting. If I'm getting lots of sex, I'm not going to the gym. And I'm also impressing said girl by cooking lots of food for her. Then we both get fat and I move away usually.
When I'm up in the stix, I have nothing to do, so I work out. No sex, means I don't cook fancy meals, just eat cans of tuna and sometiems duck a l'orange. Then I get ripped. It's a nice cycle.
Himmel dude, you're gonna get more then a beer when you come and visit. I might even get you keg!
I'll throw an 'It's my internet friend from australia' kegger in your name.

Okay first pic was an aweful one. I was in a real unconfortable position for like 30 mins, and the way my legs were, my back is arched, and than my shirt if all wrinkeled, so I look like the hunch back of... yeah, you get it.
the other ones weren't too bad. Though if you see what I was wearing, sneakers, lol, you can see I wasn't prepared at all. But it's all good.

Are you sure you aren't confusing pika with shep? Because pika is 6'0 and has been for as long as I've known him. I'm 5'6.
