a few weeks ago my mom told me her company was giving her 600 bucks to upgrade our comp so i'm like "score i can replace a lot of old shit with that" so i plan everything out, the whole sum of money perfectly divided with like 37 cents left free. i'm ready to spend it all and on the day it was supposd to be given to us my mom comes and tells me "the idiots at IS told me it can't be used to buy new parts just a new computer, so i asked them 'but whats wrong with upgrading my computer' and they reply 'that's what you do when you buy a new computer...' so obviously they don't know anything and i'm afraid i don't know what to tell you" and so now i'm fucked out of 600 bucks unless it buys a new comp. now, how the hell do i buy a new comp with 600 bucks!??!

how will they know if it is a new comp or not, you could just say you are building it yourself.

because we gave them the list of individual parts and told them that we were going to build a new machine and tehy told us they can't pay for individual parts just a complete computer, the noobz

omfg, 600 dollars can buy you a kickass computer. Not as good as my new one, but if you were aloud to add extra 100 - 200 dollars of your own money you could make a really good one.
