I have been able to fix the email system on the server so it is working once again. This means registrations require a valid email to be used. If you forget your forum password you can now follow the process which will send you a new password to your email address.
On a side note, people who made a new name (due to not remembering their password or what not) will have their old duplicate account deleted. The following duplicate accounts will be deleted within 24-hours unless I hear why you would like to keep your old name:
