				Ingredients:

1 bannana
1 or 2 cups skim milk
uncooked unflavored instant or regular oatmeal
frozen or fresh berries
frozen or unfrozen vanillia or any flavor yogurt

dump this all in to a blender, and run till smooth.
It tastes better if the berries and yogurt are frozen.

He always just changes names of things around for whatever reason; they don't have to make sense, and they rarely do.
