I know this may sound ridiculous to some of you, but I am fully serious when I ask this. I've been smoking pot for some time now, and I've recently taken up just regular cigarette smoking, but I've always been very cautious with it so that I don't get the scent on my clothing and all that. Go home, toss clothes, take a shower, etc... And I always make sure that I never have to come into close contact with my parents or brother after having a smoke.

You see, my parents are the typically clean anti-drugsofanysortwhatsoever type of people, and they would literally kill me if they found out I smoke or even ordered a glass of fucking beer from a bar. My brother is a bit more okay, but he's 12 years old. And while he would say "Don't worry, I won't tell", he's the kind of person who would instantly rat out on you if you gave him a hard time at any point thereafter.

So is there any way to get rid of the scent? On the worst occasion, I spray myself with deodorant and walk around outside a bit to wear some of it off, but I'm pretty much fed up with that shit now. It's not all that dire, seeing as how I've been absolutely fine so far, but I would really appreciate any useful input. The last thing I need is to be punished for having a smoke and to be given fucking lectures and "guidance" from my folks.

ah... jfk got to it first. febreeze does work wonders. :D but if u wear like a hoodie or something it will absorb the smell (of course after awhile the smell will NEVER come out of that) but if u wear that while u smoke, and then take it off when ur done, no smell! this usually works, being a girl i keep smelly lotion around for my hands/fingers if i've been smokin or handeling pot as well. remember, body spray/cologne only covers up the smell, and sometimes not all the way, febreeze really is the way to go.
