edit: dude, ive been wanting to ask you, howd you get the flag carpety wavy effect on pong 17 (angel enterprise)?

well what i don't remember exactly. but i think what i did was used the rectang marquee tool, selected your pic, shrunk it down, and then used perspective, skew, and distort to get it to look right hanging from the building. then i used filters > distort > wave. just messed with it until it looked half way decent :D
