1) Find or make a nice piece of artwork, computer-generated or otherwise.


2) Ruin with cheesy lighting effects.


3) Post results.

Well, I do not use Photoshop, I use the GIMP, a free graphics program.  Actually, it does not even have lenflare, it has Gflare, which is similar to lens flare, and "supernova" which gives you those radiating lines.


 


For nimec's forehead, I used a combination of its built in lighting effects script and supernova.
