actually it IS a mastercard...they just didn't recognize it for some reason, i dunno. it's gh3y.

if the other filipino you're talking about is mp5chick/angela, then i know her :) we've known each other a year or so now, she lives like 20 minutes from my house ;D oh, and no pic can possibly represent how hot that girl is O_O

i'm pretty sure the philipines won't be allowed as a country for any credit-card transactions due to the amout of fraudulant shit that goes down. you'll also find that with indonesia etc... back in the day sooooooo many fraudsters operated out of south-east asia it was hilarious :D
