Ok in like 1995 during the summer i go to my uncles house in portland. ?And he bribes me to go to this stupid ass spelling camp thingy and in return if i go to it he gives me a computer. ?So i do it and get my first PC which is a POS pentium1. ?I later buy a 28k modem and get AOL working cause im leet and on AOL i start doing the whole chat room thing. ?Then in the chatroom i see people haxing it up with these "aol progs/punters" so i get in to the whole proggy scene, and make a prog website like ne leet AOl dude. ?And i start learning how to code my own progs and shizzle and go in to this coding chatroom called "vb". ?In vb i learn some other leet aol haxers and we decide that this AOL chatroom is kind of nu after a couple years and move to IRC. ?The new channel is #thezone and thats where i chilled for a year or so. ?Some of the #thezone ops then moved to #programming and i joined up with them and was an op thar. ?We then decided to start our own IRC network and did so, with irc.liek.net and #programming, after that fell apart we just decided to make #liek (yes the same #Liek u know and love, matt is my oldschool h4x0r g) and move it to someone elses network. ?By this time i was bored so i like left #liek and started getting in to HL and CS, and thats when i found the CS forums and i signed up, and the name "Mike" was taken so i chose "MikeJ" and this was like june 2000. ?I use to regular d-smiley on gamesnet cause i liked rizzuh's site csnation, but then it got to faggy and i decided to go to the "rival" channel #semicolon-zero. ?and liek here i am. ?so yea now you :D

i remember earlier, i played where in the world is carmo sandigo and math blaster @ this school computer 24/7

okay i started back a couple years ago, i went to my dads work and he had the internet and i remember web crawler and crap and i played soltaire and then we got our own pc, and i had sim city classic and comic zone and echo the dolphin,

my first internet game was command and conquer and then i got diablo, my first internet community type thing was a quake 3 server called quake ync.net and i palyed there i also played aoe, aok, aokeok2 on the msn gaming zone for a couple months and then my friend had a game called cs (i had halflife) and he showed me the mod, i thouht it sucked because he played it on a old old emachines, so i never wanted to play it, while that i played starcraft under the name "ghost", when i started to play cs, i tried to think of more original name, that NO ONE would have, i was listening to rx bandits, NOT NEW FOUND GLORY, and the song in all rwanda's glory played, and its about how all races should love each other and i chose glory, somehow i got into cs about 2 years ago at verison 1 and i joined the OTF and played. ?The otf taught me 1337 and that crap and i saw some d00ds like sh3p and p1mp, and i said hay what the hell and made my name gl0ry. ?

A old clan i was in Dark legion and then joined with some guy in dark legion and joined Kold Fusion, which merged to Influx, which died basically, i don't remeber.

I used to also be on AOL also. ?I had AOL 3.0 on my old Windows 95 machine. ? I used punters and progz like mikej, but i used toad which was cool because it had cc generator. and i used it twice for porn lol because back in the day they didn't check backgrounds or anything. ?Then my dad canceled AOL and i was doomed to have FREE INTERNET (NETZERO) that only provided 30minutes a day internet and was doomed having this for 2 years, and a year or two after having diablo2 i got DSL, which is also very cool.

Thats all i can think of.

well my whole online shitnitz started prolly back in 94 mebe when we got a nu p1 100mhz, 8mb ram and 14.4 modem. at the time we had aol 2.5 or whatever. the only real major thing i can remember from the old aol days was going on this thing called antagonist and dling all these semipr0n stuff they had on there and i used to hit up most of the major dbz roomz. bascilly when i started getting pissed off when i actully learned computers and learned mine blew totally i demanded a new comp. it probably wasnt until early sophmore year in hs (2000) that we finally got a new one that i still have now. the main reason we changed was so i could install this m$ office warez a kid gave me in school lol. i started playing sc and bw hardcore for a while after and got into a few clans n shit. it wasnt until when cs v1 retail came out until i started getting into hl (which i got from my uncle) and cs. because of my shit connextion (aol 5.0) and my lack of ram and vid tweaks i sucked at cs for a while. the first time i found the cs forums was when i found my first clan [dz]. and i was eventully band from the clan for causing drama. it wasnt until sept 11, 2001, that i decided to visit the cs forums again and reged my acct, HK-DesertEagle, for my then current bnet clan. i hit up on the otf forums for a few months. then one day i asked about this irc thing and where all these ppl were going. actully chsr kitn was the one who told me about gamesnet and the main irc chans like ;0, chenet, counter-strike and mf101 or something. op yeah and sometime before that i got into cs again and finally started getting good :look:

If we are talkin bout computer history.......i guess my fist incounter with a computer was my uncles and his l33t indy racing game in dos, that was when I was like shit 5 or 6.

As for interweb history here we go: We got a top of the line $3000 Dell Penitum 60 back in christmas of 94. That following year I got the interweb, since my dad was a doctor he got some free internet called "Physicans Net" or something like that. I remember using good ol nescape with the sailing wheel that came up on the splash screen, loooong ass time ago. This was all back in the days of window 3.11. As for games I remebmer I used to play myst alot, but never really got anywhere and i beat the first episode of doom and this game called like "Blake Stone Aliens of Gold". Also had game like reader rabbit that I never played and carmen sandiego. OHHH yeah Chuck Yegar Air Combat...THAT DOS GAME KICKED ASS!!!!!!!

Anyway back to the interweb, at first I hung out on this kids website called kidscom, it was pretty cool. Then i found this site called cyberkids and would post on there too. I remember I met this girl named miram or something who lived one town over. I wonder sometimes where she is now and wonder if she thinks the same thing.... Also during this time I had an N64 Codes and Cheats site that I created with my slick HTML skills.

Yesh so i used to play C&C generals online but really my computer time was very minimal until..................christmas of 98 and the purchase of two games. The first I was very excited about, Delta Force 2 and the second that looked gay to me with some guy on the cover jumping from some brain thing, HL. Long story short I never really played DF2 and spent all my time on the computer playin HL. I remember I believe that following summer I joined a clan "Silent Ones" and then after a few days in the clan, it shutdown. So being cool I asked if I could use the name for my own clan, and thats what I did. The clan didnt really get anywhere and I think it only lasted a few months maybe till the end of 99. Anywho during this time i played HL and then the new TFC mod which I kicked ass in as a Engineer. I also started playin CS durin Aug of 99 after begging my dad to let me download it and telling him it did not have any viruses in it. Thats when I got in CS and then started posting on the forums and agreeing to the K9 units post and then whoring on the OTF and then becoming a coowner in #pkk and then one day someone came to me bout this cool clan that tked in games. Myg0t was formed and we recuited a bunch of pkk ppl. I was in that shit for a few months I think and then got out when g0d spent like a weeks time constantly crashing Zeroping CS servers. Then I came back to pkk and the otf again, i think. Then my computer time went down, then i found ;0 and well, here I am now.

I started with games like Wolfenstein 3D, Dune II, Lemmings, Lost Vikings, etc.. when i was 6 in 1992. My dad already had internet (56k dialup) in 1992 to connect with the hospital where he works for stuff he needed like documents about patients. In 1995 i got my own 28k8 internet w00t.

In the summer of 1999 I started playing Half-life DM over a lan at someone who lives here near me. In summer 2000 i got a copy of half-life for myself, because i always thought my computer wasnt good enough for it... and o well, im still playing counter-strike since then ;o

Oh back in 1994-1997 I would use the internet at the library or a friends house, can't remember what I did at the time, something pretty stupid I'd imagine. Then after years of bugging my parents, they finally bought me a computer in summer of 1998. A 300mhz compaq with integrated video/sound and no apg slot. Yeah it was cool. I kept that computer until about April 2001 actually, so a lot of my CS playing was 8fps sweetness. I was never into gaming all that much, and I'm still not. I see how everyone compares their time to what game they were playing, but for me the only online game I really ever played was CS.

In 1999 I started developing websites, by 2000 I had a huge collection of domain names which I was always trying to sell. The the dotcom crash came soon after, so that kind of ended my days doing that.

June 2000 I got DSL, that was sweet because it was way before anyone in my area had it. I moved around to different houses and was stuck with dialup at times mostly because cable wasn't yet available.

I got Half-Life sometime in 2000, started playing CS a lot. Originally I used the nick Axe Murderer for CS related stuff, which came from an old inside joke between my friends and I. After a couple months I figured I could shorten the name to simply Axe. Registered on the CS forums and posted there for a while, although by August 2001 it was pretty retarded. I stopped posting there all together a while ago and mostly just post here and occasionally at SA.

I had used IRC from time to time, but it wasn't until the summer of 2001 that I started using it regularly with all the gamesnet stuff going on at the time. I was in Cheshrkitns channel and semicolon-zero, but left Cheshrkitns channel when it got stupid and I was banned. Hey who remembers the haxor-strike channel? That's where we picked up JFK. :o

And that concludes the story of how I saved Christmas.
