ouch... it hurts to look.

That is what my surgery fixed you tart.

It's genetics, and it started to show when I was about 12. It's a condition called pectus excavatum where my sternum is bent inwards. The metal bar they insert pushes it back out along with my ribs, muscles, skin etc.
