Ingredients


  • 2 Pork Tenderloins

  • Stuffing (see recipe below)

  • 16 oz Package of Bacon

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Split tenderloins lengthwise but do not cut through. Fill each with stuffing. Season with salt and pepper and wrap bacon slices around loins to keep stuffing in. Roast in open pan for 1.5 hours. Serves 8.

Ingredients


  • 3 tablespooons chopped onion

  • 1 cup cliced fresh mushrooms

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 4 cups dry bread cubes (about 7 slices cut into half inch cubes)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

  • 2 to 4 tablespoonds water or chicken brothe

Cook onions and saut? mushrooms. Combine with bread and seasonings. Toss with enough liquid to moisten.
