After Cow's absense for over a year, I decided to take the channel stats into my own hands. I pieced together old logs with the help of MC and MikeJ. All logs have been saved, with a few small gaps, from February 2002 - June 2004. When it was finished I had a single log file almost 200mb in size and 4.2 million lines. I will try to update these every week or so. If anyone would like to donate logs they have from before February 2002, I will add them to the current stats.

The new channel stats can be found here:

This also brings up another subject; could #semicolon-zero be the most talkative channel on gameslice? Not counting channels with bots or automated messages, I think it's definitly one of the most active. There's certainly a high rate of chatter for how relatively small the channel is.

They clearly show that pika is a huge nerd who needs some sunlight in his diet.

Impressive, but knowing us, most of theses lines are bigtext, one word, or something repeated 300 times. The statistics make it clear however, that we are superior to any and every other community on the planet, internet-based or otherwise.
