I, for one, have been deeply honored to have Nekton as a regular paricipant of our internet relay chat (IRC) for the last three years. With wacky antics and quick puns that will keep you laughing until you get cancer, I think we all owe him a huge debt of gratitude for his services. A deeply profound and often misunderstood individual, some of you may be wondering, "Just who is the man behind the nick?".
David "Nekton" Moorhead (AKA "Jimmy") was born August 16, 1986 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In his youth he enjoyed ninja turtles and video games. A vegetarian since birth, Nekton learned to appreciate the finer things in life. With astonishing pretty blue eyes and remarkably handsome looks, Nekton quickly became the heart throb of young girls everywhere. Even with his remarkable youth, it wasn't until later in his life when his finest achivements were seen.
The Internet.
Most know him for his large library of insults and racist terms. Over the years we've seen him grow into one of the most distinguished men of our time. Throughout the years Mr. Moorhead was known as NeckCutta and N3ck3h before settling on Nekton, which proved to be at least 14% more efficient than previous nicks. Popular pastimes of Nekton include; informing fellow IRC participants just how abhorrent their music preference is, questioning others about their sexual orientation, and accusing regulars of fornication with barn yard animals.
What has Nekton taught us? To love each other, cherish what you have, and to always kill minorities. Here's to you Nekton. The internet just wouldn't be the same without you.
