well that could explain why i never understood what it meant! Stewies says it to a girl he is rescuing from a well in the episode where Stewie and Brian get stuck holding hands for a fortnight after Stewie tried to eat Industrial Strength Glue.

I have never seen Silence of the Lambs. It's all coming together now!
