Perhaps you could replace this http://www.semicolon-zero.com/iB_html/non-...mages/f_new.gif with a red ;0 for new, and a grey ;0 to replace the http://www.semicolon-zero.com/iB_html/non-...ages/f_norm.gif icon. Bam!

BTW, I replaced all the buttons like this http://www.semicolon-zero.com/iB_html/non-...s/m_members.gif. I think it looks classy now, but feel free to change it.
