Fan decision..

Right now I have

exhaust: PSU fan, and one 80mm.

intake: slow 80mm (front intake), and prolly 3500rpm 80mm(blowing on my pci cards)

getting a 48CFM YS Tech 80 fan. Should I put the slow 80mm as a blowhole, and put the fan on the pci cards as front intake, and the fast one as blowing on pci?
