Forget dual cpus. You will opnly see a speed increase if A. THE PROGRAM HAS BEEN MADE TO USE MULTIPLE CPUS (GAMES ARE ALMOST NEVER WRITTEN TOO EXCEPT FOR Q3 WHICH IS SLOWER WITH DUAL CPU SUPPORT ENABLED) and B. Written very well otherwise the porgrams will actually run slower trying to do the extra calcs to figure out haw to divide the workload. People who feel they need multiple cpus are the same people who dump 12000 dollars worth of modifications into a 18000 dollar honda civic so it performs at the same level as a 25000 car. BTW, try getting a quote from www.canadacomputers. You will get the same thing fopr a lot cheaper since computer components are actually cheaper in canada even with the shitty exchange.
Check this quote for a decent price....you can change some of the items and the online form didn't have the GeForce 4 4600 so add $600. Or get thte 4400 for $470. Or get the Radeon 8500 whioch is only about 15% slower than the 4600 for only around 300 AFTER tax. And i also put a cordless mouse in there by accident (my bad).
