Going to get into Photoshop & 3DSMax

I had a question for AngelDust: Do you use 3dsmax? If you do, would you know of a good place for tutorials or a book for beginners? Thanks ;0

Yeah, I've worked on 3DSmax Release 4.

I used the tutorials that came with it, and they worked pretty well for me considering I didn't know squat about 3D. I larned how to manipulate shapes and animating, as well as a little bit of lighting and things like that through them. Give the tutorials a shot if you've got the software. 2 weeks of practice with the tutorials and the help files should get you mighty far dude.

The only thing that I still havent completely mastered is skinning the models i've made. mapping them is a pain in the buttse.

Go buy the 3ds max bible!

Its expensive, but its worth it when your stuck.
