im currently on a no suger diet.. this doesn't mean I eat no suger but I would prefer foods without suger etc.. Im looking for foods with minimal animal fats and minimal fat.
If you have any recipies that may taste good and Im someone who finds the taste of black tea without suger good so Im flexible...
then plz post here..
Bonus points for quick and easy to make stuff..
My main staples currently are:
- health muesli with dried fruits and with a mixture of nut powder for proteins and sliced bannana.
-A can of baked beans (with tomato sauce) heated up and put on toast
not that creative but hey...
I could use some inspiration..
I've taken kindreds idea for a smoothe to heart and I might try altering some ingredients to get healthy shake out of it.
