omg, so i got into a four car pile up! it wasn't my fault though THANK THE LORD (that i dont believe in)
Anyway, I drove Austins mommy to the airport, on my way back i had to choose between two roads - the one with lots of traffic and construction or the one with minimal traffic and no construction! So, the choice was clear... normally I use the one with lots of construction since I hardly go down it.
Anyway, I was driving about 1-2 metres away from the car infront of me and he slammed on his breaks! So, I had to stop quickly!
I looked into my rear view mirror to make sure the car behind me didn't hit me and "phewf she didn't hit me!" then apparently she did the exact same thing as me - looked in her rear view mirror to make sure no one hit her.
The two guys behind her didn't hit her, but the woman behind the guys hit them really hard (about 50 km/hr) and so it caused the guys car to move forward and they ended up hitting the girl behind me.
I heard the crash and was like "oh shit! please dont hit me, please don't hit me!!" and then BANG I am hit. I didn't hit the guy in front of me because I am a good driver and do not drive to close to cars.
So, there you have it. My news for today. I was there for 2 hours talking to everyone and filing out the police reports. there is hardly any damage - just scratches and paint from the car that hit me.
However, the firemen that came were blaming me! I was like "WTF ITS NOT MY FAULT!" there was tons of traffic but they all took off! So, I got my word in that it wasn't my fault.
The police then came, and I asked if I would be charged and they said no. I just had to go to the insurance company.
Btw no one was hurt, there was me, a woman and her 5 year old behind me, two french teenage guys, and a woman (around 25).
