Almost everyone has tried or loves pasta salad.  Here is a Hawaiian Twist on it.  Specifically from the island of Maui.  And you can not fuck this one up, and the ingredients are easy to get and prepare.


 


 


      3 c  Cooked spiral pasta


      2 c  Dole Snow Peas


      1 c  Sliced Dole Carrots


      1 c  Dole Cucumbers


      1 c  Dole Pineapple Juice


    1/2 c  Bottled reduced calorie


           - Italion dressing


    1/4 c  Chopped cilantro or parsley


      1 tb Toasted seseme seeds


 


  Combine all ingredients in large bowl.  Chill at least 15 minutes.  You do not have to use dole brand veggies, though I do recommend them they are very crisp and flavorful.  You can also add in a little oil and vinegar if you do not like Italian dressing.  Just substitute 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup vineger into the mix.  After you combine everything into the bowl make sure you stir it or mix it up really well before you put it in the fridge to chill.
